Biography

Marty Sullaway is an engineer at Amazon, where he works on industrial robotics systems for Amazon’s global fulfillment network. His work focuses on building safe, scalable technologies that help expand human capability while improving safety and efficiency. A member of Meridian Academy’s Class of 2020, Marty credits Meridian with teaching him how to think critically, work through ambiguity, and engage thoughtfully with complex problems and perspectives. He believes Meridian’s focus on nurturing curiosity and creative problem-solving helps students become thoughtful, adaptable people equipped to navigate an increasingly complex world.
